Meet Our Founder
Experience Across Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Digital Technology
Revelare Media was founded on more than two decades of experience across technology, analytics, sales, marketing and business operations in Australia.
Selected experience:
1999 – Telstra: Began his corporate career during the early rollout of Cable and ADSL broadband, as the market transitioned from dial-up internet.
2002 – Process automation: Managed operations at Telstra's BigPond broadband application processing centre, with staffing reaching approximately 120 people. The operation incorporated early HTML, database and API-based workflow automation.
2003–2004 – Digital systems: Contributed to national digital projects involving automated call routing, developing further experience in systems, process efficiency and technology-enabled operations.
2004 – Channel analytics: Worked with aggregated performance data across Telstra's online store, 200+ retail stores and 20+ inbound and outbound contact centres employing more than 3,500 staff. The role involved identifying performance issues at location and channel-cluster level and supporting data-informed management decisions.
2006–2008 – Strategy and competitor intelligence: Worked within Telstra Consumer's Competitor Intelligence and Strategy function, providing market analysis and strategic insights to senior management.
2011–2020 – Small business: Owned and operated a Melbourne mortgage brokerage, gaining direct experience in lead generation, sales, revenue, cash flow, cost management and client service.
2025–2026 – Digital and content: Worked with professional services and other businesses, while maintaining hands-on skills across website development, analytics implementation, AI-assisted workflows and video production.
