About Us
Engineering Digital Certainty for Australian Trades & Professional Services
Most web designers focus on aesthetics or start with assumptions and templates—the "look and feel" of a site. At Revelare Media, we believe a professional website should be treated as a piece of high-performance, lead capturing business infrastructure, not a digital brochure. Digital solutions require the same level of engineering rigor, simulation modelling, performance intelligence, and operational reliability as any other mission-critical system in your practice.
Enterprise Experience. Small Business Focus
In the world of Australian enterprise, "near enough" is never good enough. Managing the digital journeys of millions of customers requires a high level of operational discipline with specialist technical staff. Revelare Media was founded to bridge this gap—taking the sophisticated systems, data governance, and uptime standards of Australia’s largest enterprises.
The "Gold Standard" Applied Locally
Performance Intelligence and Uptime is a Requirement, Not an Option: Having understood that “invisible performance data” and "down-time" meant millions in lost revenue, our solutions are designed to stop businesses "flying blind". Your digital channels are your front door; we ensure it stays open and report back on digital "walk-ins”.
Customer Journey Mapping: Every click is analysed for friction and productivity. We apply this same "Enterprise Lens" to your digital assets, ensuring a seamless path from a Google search to a confirmed appointment in your calendar.
Data Governance & Privacy: In an era of increasing digital regulation, we treat your client data with the same respect for privacy and security used by Australian banks.
Why "Amateur" is a Business Risk
The Freelancer Trap: Many SMBs rely on "web designers" who understand aesthetics but lack an understanding of business operations. When a tracking pixel breaks or a server lags, the "creative" solution rarely solves the "technical" problem.
Closing the Intelligence Gap: We’ve seen how $10 billion revenue streams are optimised through data. We apply those same principles to your $100K–$10M revenue firm, identifying the specific "leaks" that amateur builds consistently overlook.
Institutional Reliability: You aren't dealing with a hobbyist. You are partnering with a strategist who understands the corporate reporting, KPIs, and professional standards expected by Australian professional service firms.
Bringing Scale to the Specialist
Strategic Alignment: We don't just build a site; we align your digital presence with your broader business goals, ensuring your technology supports your growth rather than hindering it.
Enterprise Tools, Small Business Prices: We leverage the same high-tier tracking and analytics tools used by the ASX 200, but packaged into a "no-brainer" monthly subscription for the local practitioner.
Meet Our Founder
Experience Across Technology, Analytics and Operations
Revelare Media was founded on over two decades of experience across technology, analytics, marketing and business operations in Australia.
The founder began his career at Telstra in 1999, contributing to the inception of broadband rollout during the transition to Cable and ADSL services. This period provided foundational exposure to the relationship between emerging technology and business growth.
Technical and Practical Approach
As of 2026, the founder maintains hands-on skills in web design, AI analytics implementation, video content development and multi-channel digital outreach. This ensures that client work is both practically executed and aligned with measurable outcomes.
Early Exposure to Automation and Systems
In 2001, he was appointed operations manager (Telstra terminology ‘resource manager') within Telstra’s early process automation initiatives at BigPond broadband’s application processing centre, staffing 120 people at peak times. The flagship operation was the first HTML database/API-based workflow automation experiment in Australia.
He later contributed to internal digital projects at a national level involving digital call routing and voice recognition from 2003 - 2004, developing an early focus on systems, efficiency and data-driven operations.
Analytics and Channel Performance
In 2004, he worked in a channel analytics role overseeing aggregated performance metrics across multiple sales and service channels, including telstra.com online store, 200+ Telstra retail stores and 20+ inbound and outbound call centres employing 3,500+ staff.
This role involved analysing aggregated channel performance, identifying inefficiencies at a granular location level, channel cluster level and supporting data-informed decision making for senior management. During this period, he contributed to internal recommendations relating to the acceleration of Telstra’s 3G rollout to make a significant gain in mobile market share over competitors Optus and Vodafone.
Marketing and Strategy
Between 2006 and 2008, he worked in a marketing strategy function providing competitor analysis and strategic insights to senior leadership within Telstra Consumer.
This period coincided with significant revenue growth in the division, with annual revenue increasing from approximately AUD $7.5 billion to AUD $10 billion between FY2007 and FY2008 (for context, Victorian State GST revenue budget was $9.5 billion in FY 2008).
Small Business Experience
From 2011 to 2020, he owned and operated a mortgage brokerage in Melbourne. This provided direct experience in the operational realities of small business, including lead generation, sales conversion, revenue, cash flow, cost management and service delivery.
More recently in 2025, his work in business development for a Melbourne based law firm and recruitment agency has provided additional perspective on digital gaps and opportunities for growth in the professional services and trades sectors.
